Engraved 2-colour acrylic and etched anodised aluminium switchboard labels, circuit labels and warning plates, made to order in Hallam, Melbourne. No minimum quantity, 3–5 business day dispatch, and adhesive, non-adhesive or screw-mount fixing.
Most switchboard work is done in 2-colour acrylic, engraved so the legend is part of the material rather than printed on it, or in anodised aluminium where a metal plate is wanted. Acrylic suits indoor and outdoor enclosures, and anodised aluminium is rated for long-term outdoor use. Printed vinyl and UV direct to film suit labels that need to follow a curved or lightly textured surface.
AS 3000 is one of the standards our compliance guide references for safe work signage. We cannot certify a label as compliant for your installation, so confirm the wording, colours and sizes your site requires with your electrical designer or the standard itself. Send us those details and we will make the labels to your specification and send a proof before production.
Labels can be supplied with a pressure-sensitive adhesive back, as non-adhesive plates, or with screw-mount holes. The high strength modified acrylic adhesive suits most LSE and HSE surfaces, and the builder lets you set the hole size, quantity and position for screw-mounted plates.
